You rock every other area of your life, but you can’t stop drinking on your own. I get it, because that was me…
I was closing million dollar deals, a complete perfectionist and overachiever, powering through my life. No one knew I’d come home from work and drink a bottle of wine. The next morning I would wake up, absolutely hating myself, completely unable to keep my word to myself. That I wouldn’t drink again. I began feeling envious of other women, women who were confident, and who were able to keep promises to themselves, focused on their holistic health. I wanted to be that women. After years of pain trying to do it on my own, I realized I was willing to go to any lengths to conquer this. I would spend as much money as I needed to, dedicate as much time as I needed to, and finally ask for help. Over a decade later my life is completely different and I am free from any desire to drink. I don’t feel like I am missing out in any way, in fact I look at alcohol as a dream crusher for me now. This is why working with me is like no other experience, I have lived this. Not only am I free from drinking, but it has allowed me the space to work on every single other area of my life and grow in a way that never would have been possible otherwise. What do you have to lose? Better yet, what are the possibilities you have to gain?
